Villa Sylvain was built in 1934 for a Brussels textile family and has stood empty for two years while the estate is settled. Elevator has the house for one summer and has repainted nothing.
Exhibitions
Elevator runs its shows at the same time rather than in sequence. Each one occupies a room that belongs to someone else and is handed back on the closing date.

The pharmacy at Kloosterstraat 71 traded for eighty-one years and closed in 2019. Nothing was stripped out: the oak dispensary cabinets are still fixed to three walls.
