Which data we collect

• Contact details you give us yourself: name, e-mail address, telephone number and anything you write in a message or enquiry.
• Order and delivery details when you acquire a work: billing and shipping address, the works concerned and the correspondence around the sale.
• Technical data that your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser type, device, language and the pages you visit.

We do not ask for special categories of data and we do not store payment card details ourselves — payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and enquiries about works and exhibitions.
• To prepare, execute and follow up a sale, including invoicing and shipping.
• To send you news about exhibitions and available works, if you asked for it.
• To keep the website secure and working properly, and to understand in general terms how it is used.
• To comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax rules.

On which legal basis

Depending on the situation we rely on your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), on the performance of a contract (a purchase), on a legal obligation (bookkeeping) or on our legitimate interest in running and securing our gallery and website. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We do share it with the parties we need to run the gallery: our hosting provider, our payment provider, carriers and shipping agents, and our accountant. They may only use the data for the task we give them. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and up to two years afterwards. Sales records are kept for the legally required period of seven years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical log data is kept for a limited period for security purposes.

This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as remembering your session and your cookie preferences. Any analytical or marketing cookies are only placed after your consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time through your browser settings.
